My experience working with people has taught me that everyone is different, and that people need different things at different times. I try to reflect this understanding in my practice, where listening to you, without judgement or pre-conceived ideas is my focus.
I work pluralistically, which means that I can draw from different ways of thinking about therapy as we work together towards your goals. For me, the most important aspect of pluralistic therapy is collaboration; we work together, try things out and explore.
I understand, from my own experience, the value of having a space just for you, in a busy and sometimes unpredictable world, and I consider it a great honour to be able to provide that space for my clients.
